I've had curly hair my whole life. I've gone from loving, hating, and over-processing my hair. 

After experiencing postpartum hair loss, in my desperation, I decided to create a space in the world to share my regrowth journey.


I believe that beautiful hair comes down to two things:

healthy habits and consistency. 

While fancy products have their place, it really comes down to how you are caring for your hair on a daily basis.

In this workshop, I will share the exact strategies I've used to overcome postpartum hair loss, promote regrowth, and create the healthiest hair of my life!

Nutrition can be confusing and overwhelming.

I know this because I've lived it.

I know what it's like to chase symptoms, to not feel your best, and have no idea where to start. I know what it's like to try different diets & cleanses, and spending hours on google hoping to find answers.

I was stressed out, hungry, exhausted, and my hormones were a wreck. I had no idea that my eating habits, restriction & lifestyle were making everything worse.

I pursued training in Holistic Nutrition to learn how to heal my own hormonal struggles. It is my passion to help other women pursue their own healing journey. I'm here to teach you how to fuel your body for energy & hormone health and find freedom in food again.
